Clients agree to:

5. Revisions & Modifications
We offer a reasonable number of revisions as defined in the project scope. Additional revisions or requests outside the original agreement may incur extra charges.
6. Results & Performance Disclaimer
While we apply industry best practices to deliver optimal results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., top Google rankings or ad ROI) due to variables beyond our control (e.g., competition, algorithm changes, ad spend limits).
7. Intellectual Property
- All final deliverables (e.g., logos, designs, websites) become the client’s property after full payment.
- LimeMedia.org reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
8. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. Any confidential business or project-related information shared with us will be kept secure and not disclosed to third parties without consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
LimeMedia.org shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
